The information below will give you a clearer insight in the acceptance procedure followed by TEFAF Maastricht. Please note that, as a leading international Fine Art and Antiques fair, TEFAF Maastricht presents a platform for art dealers and galleries; not for individual artists.
If you would like to apply to exhibit at TEFAF Maastricht, a number of conditions need to be met. It is understood that:
- Your company is registered as an independent company with the Chamber of Commerce, and has been for at least five years
- You have established a reputation as a leading international art- or antiques dealer
- You participate or have participated in other international, prestigious art fairs
- You have international business connections
- You are able to meet the high vetting standards of TEFAF
- The quality of your stock is of the highest level
Please be aware that unfortunately there are very few vacancies at the Fair at present and there is a substantial waiting list. We therefore have to advise you at this point that it may not be possible to accommodate new applicants.

On receipt of your application form, you will receive a message of confirmation and your application will be given due consideration.
Your application will be discussed at a forthcoming Executive Committee meeting and a formal response will be given subsequently.
