Provenance
Acquired by François Ducharne, a prominent figure in the world of Haute Couture, for the dining-room of his Hôtel Particulier, located in Auteuil, an exclusive area of Paris. This house was designed by the architect Pierre Patout between 1923 and 1925, and Ruhlmann created a very elegant interior in 1929.
