TEFAF MAASTRICHT 2019
CONDITIONS FOR ACCREDITATION
In the interest of the media activities, press passes will only be issued to journalists who want to publish a piece about the Fair. You must have a valid press pass or be able to show a letter from a relevant editor. Visitors, advertising sales representatives, PR staff of companies and events and other interested parties can buy a ticket at the ticket office. Please be aware: touting for business and the distribution of magazines at the Fair or on the site is not permitted under any circumstances.
Please submit your application for accreditation to our press department at least two weeks in advance. If possible, please add a copy of previously published articles about TEFAF. The same applies to articles written after your visit to the Fair.
PHOTOGRAPHY, RADIO, TELEVISION AND VIDEO RECORDING
The same accreditation rules apply to photographers, camera crews, and print media. Please report to the Press Office before you start recording. Because the stands at the Fair also act as shops, there are times when recording could be an intrusion. We request you always ask the stand-holder’s permission first. Making recordings for commercial purposes and filming in business lounges is not allowed unless the Fair organizers give permission in writing.
The Press Office is only open to accredited journalists. Other interested parties are referred to the information desk at the Fair.
