Stair Sainty Gallery

Founded in New York in 1982 and based in London since 2005, Stair Sainty Gallery are specialists in French, Italian and Spanish seventeenth to early twentieth century painting and also handle occasional exceptional examples of sculpture. The gallery values trust and connoisseurship and practises rigorous scholarship.

We assist both institutional and private clients with individual paintings and in building collections and can help in the acquisition, sale, appraisal, conservation and documentation of works of art whilst offering a discretion, thoroughness and guarantee unavailable at the auction houses. The gallery has sold paintings and sculpture to more than 50 museums worldwide.
