Willoughby Gerrish specialises in European and American artists of the nineteenth, twentieth and twenty-first centuries, spanning Impressionism, Modernism, Post-War and Contemporary Art.
With over 20 years of experience in the London Art World, we present curated, academic shows focusing on historical 20th century artists with dedicated publications at our London gallery on Savile Row. Our exhibition programme has recently included surveys of Anthony Caro | Henry Moore and Auguste Rodin | Aimé-Jules Dalou.
In 2021 Willoughby Gerrish opened Thirsk Hall Sculpture Garden, a 25-acre site showing monumental outdoor sculptures. Exhibitions in the two galleries on site have included presentations of Mona Hatoum; David Hockney; Howard Hodgkin; William Tucker; and Emily Young.
The gallery exhibits regularly at art fairs, including TEFAF Maastricht and Frieze Masters, London. The gallery has sold works to a number of international museums, including The Walters Art Museum, Baltimore, and The Hepworth Wakefield.
