Biggers reimagines traditional cultural symbols and paraphrases them into innovative contemporary languages, creating a dialogue between past and present. Across Untitled, Biggers himself will delve into the intricacies of balancing cultural heritage with contemporary practices to create expressive pieces that represent tradition using modern materials. The artist’s presence at this Collectors Meet the Experts session will provide a unique and exclusive opportunity to understand his creative practice and reasoning behind his works.
This Collector Meet the Experts session celebrates the expertise of our world-renowned exhibitors, spotlighting exceptional objects and the stories they tell across categories and 7,000 years of history. This session serves as a platform for dialogue between a new generation of collectors and TEFAF’s exhibitor community. By focusing on a singular object, the program offers an opportunity to learn about the nuances of collecting.
