A pair of eighteen-carat yellow gold and platinum “doorknocker” earrings, composed of two rings, both openworked and partly set with brilliant-cut collet set diamonds, hinged to an oval clip fitting, the middle part pavé set with brilliant cut diamonds. Signed Cartier Paris and numbered. Made circa 1970.
